Cold, cold, cold winds continued but angling effort was not in vain!

Gorebridge regular, John Butler, had a cracking 7.5lb brown trout on a yellow dancer whilst Bruce Hunter had 12 on c/r to his black lures, yet again. D. Cain, Dalkeith, had one that was "at least" 8.5lb on a cdc! Steve Rodger, Edinburgh, continued his great form with 2 visits yielding 10 fish each time mainly to Cats Whisker whilst Tommy Dickson, Dunbar had 17, including one of 12lb, on c/r to buzzers and blobs. Jim Skilling, Shotts, had 12 on black and silver buzzers and W. Cram 10 on blobs and dancers. Steve Rodger had 3 for 15lb on blobs and Apps bloodworm. Lilliesleaf angler, Gordon Scott, had 9 on c/r to olive buzzer and grizzle cat whilst Nigel Burns had a great afternoon on c/r taking 16 on his blob patterns! Gordon Bunce had 15 on c/r to claret hopper one evening - the only good one lately! A. Moss had a lovely fish of 7lb 4oz on a Dawson's olive and Willie Stewart, lives in Edinburgh but comes fae Glesgae, had 6 on zonkers.

All under the watchful gaze of Mother Kestrel
